- Why pay when the fixes are free?
- Fixes are free with an account — the diagnosis and the remedy both are. You pay for us to watch the store for you: we re-audit on a schedule and alert you when your score drops or a new critical issue appears. Paid plans also add on-demand re-audits, multi-store scale, an API, and watermark-free or white-label reports.
- Why pay when Shopify and a few WooCommerce plugins do this for free?
- As of 2026-05-24, Shopify's free tool won't score a Shopify store, and for BigCommerce or WooCommerce it's a single-product-page schema check wrapped in a switch-to-Shopify pitch. Our audit scores the whole store across all five surfaces and hands back every fix for free. Paying is for automatic monitoring, alerts when your score drops, on-demand re-audits, and — for agencies — white-label delivery across mixed platforms.
- Do I need a credit card to try it?
- No. The free audit takes a store URL. No card, no trial countdown, no sales call. Create a free account to save scans and see every fix.
- What counts as one store?
- One root domain. example.com and shop.example.com are the same store. Subdomains aren't tracked separately.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard — billing stops at the end of the current cycle. Your score history is exported on cancellation and stays readable for 30 days in case you reactivate.
- Do you offer refunds?
- First 7 days, no questions. After that, you can cancel anytime and your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Not at launch. We'll add an annual option once we have stable renewal data.
- Why are spec-drift alerts a feature, not a default?
- Most stores don't change much between audits, but the spec does. When ACP moves to its next dated release, your existing score can drift 5–15 points without you touching anything. Paid plans get an email when that happens, with a one-click re-audit.
